We recommend entering your credit card info and faxing the completed regatta entry form directly to the GLSCC Office or phoning in your payment during regular office hours. In addition to the regatta entry form, please complete all event/race entries electronically on the 2010 Ted Houk Entries.xls and submit them separately via email to Craig Cayton: cacayton@msn.com No individual athlete waivers are required for this event. It is the responsibility of each club to ensure that their athletes are members of either USACK (event or yearly) or the CCA. USA Canoe Kayak event only memberships if required should not be submitted with team entries but instead must be mailed directly to USACK. Each athlete may enter a total of 8 races plus 2 as an alternate. After the first 8, further entries are automatically eliminated by the scoring system. Late entries may be accepted at the discretion of the Race Director at the Scratch meeting, absolutely no fees or paperwork will be accepted after the scratch meeting. It is the responsibility of the entering organization to verify this. ParkingThe semicircular parking lot overlooking the lake and racecourse will be our staging area, as in the past. This is the second lot on the right (lake side). Boat trailers may park along the left side (when facing north-west) of this lot, parallel to the street and tight to the curb. Please do not park opposite the staging area (where the tents are). There are two large lots on the left side of Green Lake Way (opposite from lake) and another lot on the right (lake side) before the staging parking lot. Additional parking may be available up the paved road in front of the tennis courts by the picnic shelters - only a short walk to the lake. Drop off your equipment before you park. From I-5, exit at NE 50th Street (just north of the UW). Turn west onto NE 50th ("NE" becomes "North"). Follow about 25 blocks to 5-way intersection at Stone Way. Turn right (north) onto Green Lake Way N. Continue north to just past first light; turn left (west) just before the "Pitch & Putt Golf Course" onto W Green Lake Way N.
